Consociate does not collect personally identifiable information about you – such as your name, address, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, etc. – unless you choose to provide that information; for example, by completing a contact form or signing up for our newsletter.

Consociate does automatically collect certain non-personally identifiable information when you visit this site – such as the type of browser you are using, the type of operating system you are using, and the domain name of your Internet service provider.  Consociate also uses Google Analytics to track visitor, session and campaign data and track site usage.

Consociate may use cookies (See “What Are Cookies” below) in order to facilitate the use of Google Analytics, and/or similar applications designed for measuring website performance (collectively “Analytics”), with respect to our Website visitors. Consociate may use personally identifiable information together with Analytics to track and analyze the web pages visitors visit or emails that are opened so that it can better understand and improve its services.


Article VI.     Collection of Information by Third-Party Sites and Sponsors

This site contains links to other sites, including social media sites and applications, whose information practices may be different than Consociate’s. Visitors should consult the other sites’ privacy notices as we have no control over information that is submitted to, or collected by, these third parties.


Article VII.     Social Media

Visitors that have communicated with us through the “Contact” form or other means may receive additional announcements about site news, events, private messages, blog posts, and web site updates. Consociate may invite you to “Like” or “Follow” or take a similar action with our social media content. In the event you chose to do so, your name or other information contained in your social media profile may be visible to other users of the social media platform. Further, others users may be able to see that you have interacted with our social media content or view other information about you that was posted in your social media materials. Out of respect for the privacy of our registered users, Consociate presents the option to not receive these types of communications, however, we may not be able to remove your personal information from a social media interaction that has already occurred.

From time to time Consociate may post information about programs and events that are sponsored by or co-sponsored by organizations. Should you choose to register electronically for any of these events, Consociate will have no control over the third-party sponsors’ use of this information.

Consociate takes precautions to protect your information. We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain a secure data environment; however, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information.

Consociate does not directly collect credit or debit card information. Please do NOT include this information in the Contact form or other communication. Consociate works with third party vendors that specialize in facilitating online payments. Any payment information should be communicated directly to these parties, to whom you will be directed by: (i) appropriate links on this Website, (ii) instructions in electronic mail, or (iii) links featured on these parties’ websites.


Article IX.     What are Cookies?

Request access to your data and correct any inaccuracies, this includes the right to obtain copies of your data

Request that we delete, and request any of our service providers to delete your personal data

These rights are not applicable, as we do not sell your personal information, or provide it to others for marketing purposes, however applicable law requires that we inform you of this right.
